Salt Lake Express has been a lifesaver! With the bus driver shortage, I have had to rely on them for several trips. It has been very easy to request and track trips with them. They even send out emails with the bus driver information the day before. My Charter Sales Specialist has been there for me late at night or even weekends!! Not sure if she is supposed to be, but she is. They send bus confirmations and and invoice very promptly. There is never a question on whether or not they can take the trip as they respond immediately to the requests!!! The clarity and ease of Salt Lake Express has made it the only Charter Bus I use.
